Terms and Conditions of Submitting Ideas @ KarafarinShow / شرایط ثبت ایده در کارآفرین شو

Your submitted ideas will be evaluated by KarafarinShow permanent board members and will be displayed on the website after all events finished in series.

Before Event: If you purchased an event ticket, your submitted idea will be considered for the pitching in event and based on the percentile, top 24 ideas will be chosen for pitching in mentioned mini-KarafarinShow.

If you are among the top 24 chosen for pitching in mentioned mini-KarafarinShow, you will be contacted 48 hours before the event so that you can rehearsel the pitching, and you may be invited by the organizing committee to have an orientation meeting regarding mini-KarafarinShow

During Event Day: The selected 24 ideas will pitch on stage in mentioned mini-KarafarinShow on ticket, and pitching conditions for ideas are as follows;

Pitching time: 3 minutes, Pitching team: Maximum two persons, No Q/A will be asked during the first round of stage pitching. Three top securing highest points during the evaluation process of their pitching, will present their final pitching. In every mini-KarafarinShow, top idea will be chosen and awarded as the idea of specific mini-KarafarinShow

Evaluation Process: Evaluation of submitted ideas will done in 3 phases, 1) Pre-evaluation for pitching by KarafarinShow members, 2) Evaluation by mini-KarafarinShow Evaluation Board, 3) Evaluation of 3 finalists by the participating audiance. mini-KarafarinShow evaluators will be composed of minimum one academic faculty, one young technopreneur, one speaker/mentor of event and one experienced industrialist

Finalists of pitching will be given 5 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for public Q/A before the closing ceremony, and will be voted by the whole audiance using electronic or paper system to select the Best Idea of mini-KarafarinShow.

Top Idea of mini-KarafarinShow are allowed to participate in any of mini-KarafarinShow and grand pitching of every year freely. As the top winner of a mini-KarafarinShow, they are considered the assets of KarafarinShow and specific mentorship/investment meetings/training sessions will be organized for them around the year and they will be notified via email and registered mobile number.

All KarafarinShow events are organized on the basis of not-for-profit events and all earning via tickets or sponsorship are invested on the techno-entrepreneurship activities in Pakistan-Iran-Turkey.

Idea submission and publically displayed on website cost no money but for being considered in any upcoming mini-KarafarinShow, ticket should be purchased by links on mini-KarafarinShow's page.

The ticket price for any mini-KarafarinShow is near about 10 USD / 100 TRY / 1000 PKR / 500,000 IRR except for on-desk registration which may ranged between (15-20 USD or equivalent)

All purchased tickets are non-refundable and even non-transferable. All payments for idea pitching, should be done before the 72 hours of event, after 72 hours, ideas will not be included in the list of evaluation for pitching. Tickets purchased during the 3 days before event, will be allowed to participate only, same for on desk registration.

KarafarinShows are totally bona fide techno-entrepreneurship activity event organized in Pakistan-Iran-Turkey around the year under the permitted law of local authorities with coordination of a registered legal entity and technopreneurship department of STParks or Universities.
